Rude manager , Bad attitude

Terrible customer service , it took 2 days to get a working refrigerator, Lights over bed didn't work. Then they over charged me ,$300.00 on my American Express card, I recommend that do not stay there. Manger bad attitude, Pissed poor Service.

It was a very bad experience the supervisor was very unprofessional and we were kicked out for letting kids swim for an hour or two and they didn't even get to swim for 30 minutes I was also told that I would get a refund for the room since we weren't able to use it and that I would only be charged 50 for using the pool and apparently they're policy is that a room of five can have guests inside of the room but those guests aren't welcome to use the pool so it honestly felt like we were being harassed out of there because in the past before we have been able to use the pool with a friend that rented a room for one she let me my sister and our kids go up there and not once did we get kicked out and the next day I got a full refund back into my account but the day after that they went and pulled $160 out of my account instead of 50 so I never got my money back and I had to dispute that charge with my bank and I'm currently waiting on a new car because of it

My husband and I live in the Texas panhandle and traveled to OKC to buy a car on 5/17. I had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital, but was released around 12pm on the 18th.

We had two cars there and I was unable to drive, so friends were traveling to pick up my car. My husband rented a room at the Hampton and we arrived at 12:45. I was still in my hospital gown and my husband explained our predicament. We have no family or friends there.

The clerk coldly told my husband there is a 3pm check-in. I know you have policies and I understand not allowing early check-ins for convenience, but I am a 58-year-old grandmother who sat in your parking lot in a hospital gown for three hours. In my opinion, that is terrible customer service. Perhaps you should incorporate empathy into your employees.

By the way, I am a long-term care nurse and shift supervisor and if any of my team treated a human that way, they would be escorted to the door. Tawny Kuper, Walter Kuper

Costumer would like to rate but can not choose zero. We planned a vacation with our kids at hotel fot the slides. They never informed up they were not working, also said we could not get our money bac

Customer service wS awful, mean, and laughed and joked about the freezing cold water they were pumping into the pool that I had asked nicely to please do something about. I had a line of young kids including mine that would not swim water was so cold.

The slides did not work as they advertised would not give us money back b4 we checked in or inform us before and were very rude and uncomfortable. Ruined my kids vacation and I ended up sending 1000 dollars taking them other places instead of relaxing and swimming when I guess u have a 1 hour block u have to sign up for? Yes none of that in details on booking, or getting no money back! Horrible experience!

Will never be back! !!! You should be ashamed never mind piols are lined with sand paper bottom and guard at door n pool room but "don't see or help Lil kid trip in to door and gash his head wide open.

Enough to go get stitched!! Awful team no respect management or care for customers.
