Treated rudely by GM for no logical reason

A simple request for assistance from the GM at Hampton, Anthem, AZ in getting written proof of my cancellation, so I can get the refund, became a nightmare. Treated rudely and unprofessionally and a recipient of an appalling email from her.

Unkind, untruthful, unprofessional and just terrible customer service. Assuming the customer is always wrong is the reverse of the way things should be handled.

Infested room and I was told by front desk the location of the room is the causes of the bugs, and also that hotel is on a mountain hill. The fact is they didn't disclose any of this info.to me.

The manager is outstanding in Hampton Inn mattson south Chicago...she is trying to resolve a overcharged situation...but the reservation dept...is giving us the run around and will not refund my money...so is this a wait of time or do we take this to court...you should not allow 3rd parties to book reservation
